Společnost Metal Work byla založena v roce 1967, kdy zahájila výrobu šroubení a přístrojů pro úpravu stlačeného vzduchu.
Od té doby podnik expandoval a kontinuálně rozšiřoval svůj výrobní program. Dnes se Metal Work řadí k předním výrobcům v oblasti pneumatiky v Itálii, ve svém závodě nedaleko města Brescia.
